- Case information: details of the fraud, the suspect, transactions, communications and supporting documents you provide.
- Financial information: for engaged clients only — invoice and payment details.

3. How we use it
We use your information to assess your case, deliver investigation reports and action plans, communicate with you, send invoices, comply with legal obligations and improve our services. We never sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the legal bases of contract (delivering recovery services you requested), legitimate interests (operating and securing our business), legal obligation (anti-money-laundering and tax) and consent (marketing, where applicable).
5. Sharing
We share information with vetted sub-processors (hosting, email, payments, blockchain analytics), with regulators and law-enforcement when required, and with your explicit authorisation when collaborating with third parties on your case.
6. Retention
We retain case files for seven (7) years for regulatory, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are securely destroyed or anonymised.
